Privacy policy

TableSend collects account email addresses, uploaded spreadsheet data, sheet settings, captured reader emails for email required sheets, view and download events, hashed IP addresses, and referrer information.

Publishers can see analytics and captured reader emails for sheets they own. Readers can see published sheet content after any required access step. TableSend does not sell uploaded data or captured reader emails, and TableSend does not email readers on behalf of publishers.

Sheet data remains until the publisher deletes it. Deleted sheets and versions are hidden immediately and may be purged from storage after a retention interval. Captured emails follow the sheet lifecycle and can also be purged by the publisher.

TableSend uses essential cookies for login sessions, access checks, password protected sheets, email required sheets, and smoke-test sessions. These are required for the product to work.

We also use one consent cookie, tablesend_consent_v1, plus local browser storage under tablesend:consent:v1, to remember whether analytics events are allowed. Analytics events are used only to understand product usage and error patterns; rejecting non-essential cookies prevents those events from being recorded.
