What we collect
TableSend collects account email addresses, uploaded spreadsheet data, sheet settings, captured reader emails for email-gated sheets, view and download events, hashed IP addresses, and referrer information.
Who sees what
Publishers can see analytics and captured reader emails for sheets they own. Readers can see published sheet content after passing any access gate. TableSend does not sell uploaded data or captured reader emails, and TableSend does not email readers on behalf of publishers.
Retention and deletion
Sheet data remains until the publisher deletes it. Deleted sheets and versions are hidden immediately and may be purged from storage after a retention interval. Captured emails follow the sheet lifecycle and can also be purged by the publisher.
